Terms of Service
Last updated: June 19, 2026
Welcome to Boostly. By creating an account you agree to these terms. Boostly is a free, community-driven platform that connects real human users so they can voluntarily and manually engage with one another's social media content.
The service is free
Boostly does not sell credits or guarantee outcomes. Credits are an internal scoring mechanism awarded for genuine engagement and spent to attract genuine engagement in return.
Your responsibilities
- You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) and have permission to act on behalf of any account you link.
- Every engagement must be performed manually by you, as a real human. Bots, scripts, emulators and click-farms are forbidden.
- You must respect the terms of service of the underlying social networks you interact with. Boostly does not authorize you to violate any third party's policies.
- You will not publish or promote content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or that infringes someone else's rights.
Enforcement
Our automated anti-fraud system monitors task timing and behavioral signals. Accounts that show bot-like patterns lose trust score, can be flagged or blocked, and forfeit credits. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
No affiliation with social networks
Boostly is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, or Telegram. All product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boostly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced in-product.
